End User License Agreement (EULA)

This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you (“User”) and DuoSphere Tools (“Application”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) governing the use of the DuoSphere Tools mobile application.

By downloading, installing, or using the application, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.

License Grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use DuoSphere Tools for personal and non-commercial purposes on Apple-authorized devices.

Restrictions

You agree not to:

  • Copy, modify, or distribute the application

  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code

  • Use the application for unlawful purposes

  • Interfere with app functionality or security

Subscriptions & Purchases

Certain features require paid subscriptions or in-app purchases.

Payments are securely processed by Apple through the App Store.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current billing period ends.

Users can manage subscriptions through Apple ID account settings.

User Content

Some app features allow users to create or save:

  • Notes

  • Quotes

  • QR codes

  • Text content

Users are solely responsible for any content created, stored, or shared through the application.

Third-Party Services

The application may use third-party services including:

  • Apple App Store

  • Firebase

  • RevenueCat

  • Google AdMob

These services may operate under separate terms and privacy policies.

Disclaimer

DuoSphere Tools is an independent utility application and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with WhatsApp, Meta, or any third-party messaging platform.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the application if users violate this Agreement or misuse the services.

Limitation of Liability

The application is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

We are not liable for:

  • Data loss

  • Service interruptions

  • Third-party service failures

  • Indirect or incidental damages resulting from app usage

Changes to This Agreement

We may update this EULA from time to time. Continued use of the application after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised agreement.
